Report highlight: top borrowing patrons
April 27, 2026
It’s almost the end of the school year, and Miss Honey needs to find out which patrons in each grade borrowed the most books from the library, so they can get prizes. She can run the Top Borrowing Patrons report to find out!

To run the Top Borrowing Patrons report:
- Go to Operations > Reports.
- Click Add Report > Usage/Statistics > Top Borrowing Patrons > Create.
- On the Selections tab, use the Patrons in Grade fields to specify the grade you would like to focus on.
- Have a messy grade list? Learn how to clean up your grades!
- On the Options tab, enter your Date Range and the Number of Patrons you want included in the report.
- Click Run. If you’d like to save the report template for future use, select Save and Run.
- The report can be retrieved from the Message Drawer or back in Operations.
![]() | This report is based on Monthly Usage Statistics; removing patrons will also remove their statistics that show in this report. Also, because this report allows you to select by item criteria (medium/policy), it relies on Patron History; if you disable patron history, you’ll have to run a different report such as Monthly Checkout per Patron to get patron statistics. |
