Intro to site sets

Is your school is part of a centralized union? You can create specific site sets for searching purposes (like putting all the elementary school libraries in a set). That way, students can search all available elementary school catalogs in the district, and utilize ILL (Inter-Library Loans). Let’s go over how to set this up!

To create a new Site Set:

1. Go to Tools > Sites > Sets
2. Select the plus button in the lower left corner and name your new set
3. Select the sites from the right that you would like to add, then click Add to Set

Setting the Researcher searching set:

1. Go to Builder > Searching
2. Use the dropdown for Limit Sites to Set to select the set you want to apply for this site
3. Click Save
