Make your saved lists searchable
February 24, 2025
Some of Miss Honey’s teachers created reading lists they want to share with their students. Now they can make any of their saved lists ‘Searchable’, which means other people can view them by going to Browse > Saved Lists. Students can make searchable lists too—it’s easy!
How to create a searchable reading list:
Create a new saved list
- Log in to Search make a new saved list.
- Select Create saved list from either the lists menu in the topnav, the lists menu on the right (under Options), or the list menu available on each item in your results (see image below).
- Enter a name for your new list and select Searchable for sharing.
- Click Save.

Add items to your new list
- Select one or more items from the Results List and click the Lists icon to the right under Options.
- You can then Add All, or Add Selected titles to the new searchable list.
- You can add individual results to your lists by using the list-icon on that result.

Now other people can view your new searchable list by going to Browse > Saved List!
