Inventory: lost items

Inventory season is here, and Alexandria is ready to do the heavy lifting for you. Inventory recently joined the makeover, so it may look a little different than last year, but it works pretty much the same. And, there’s a new, easier way to handle lost item fees!

In the new inventory, some of the wording has changed–for example, Intro Sessions is now called Setup, and Inventory is now called Scan. You can go through each section on the support center Inventory page for additional guidance.

When declaring items lost in the new Inventory module, you now have the option to forgive all associated overdue fines for those lost items!
