Are you looking for a way to notify parents about what items their kids are checking out? While there isn’t an automatic receipt sent out after item is checked out, you CAN set up the Loaned Items Notice to run daily and let parents know what their child checked out that day.

Students often (always) need reminders to return overdue books, which is why we recommend making it easier on yourself! Schedule overdue items notices to send out automatically.
“Are you SURE my kid is getting overdue notices? When? How often?” If a parent comes to you with that question, and for some reason it becomes your responsibility to prove to them that yeah, their kids are getting notified, Alexandria has some tools to do that!
