Patron reading history

School’s out for the summer, and we’re dropping in for a summer tip. Shout out to Alexandria users in libraries that are open year-round!

Whether for a reading program or to see what the next book is in the series, chances are you’ve had patrons asking about previous titles they checked out. Did you know that your patrons can access their own reading history through Researcher?

Take a look at our Patron Status support center page for more details on the info that’s accessible to your patrons, including their reading history.

As a reminder, the default login for Alexandria for patrons is:

• Username = Barcode
• Password = Last Name

Make sure you select Keep history for all patrons in Preferences > Patrons > Patron Rules.
