Researcher Monthly Usage report–How are your students using Alexandria?

Miss Honey’s library has made a push the last two months to teach students how to use Alexandria Researcher—but how can she tell if it worked? The Researcher Monthly Usage report compiles data on how often students are using Researcher, and which modules they are accessing. You can use the Researcher Monthly Usage report to get the data for your library!

  1. Go to Operations > Reports > Add Report > Statistics / Usage > Researcher Monthly Usage
  2. Click Create
  3. Enter a date range on the Selections tab
  4. Click Run > Save and Run
  5. Use Operations to retrieve the report. 

Here is an example of the report data. 

“access” is people opening the interface, and “query” is counted anytime somebody performs a search
