In the weeds about weeding?

It’s time to clean up the shelves. How do you identify items for the chopping block? You can use the Weeding List report to find, say, items more than 10 years old that haven’t been used in the last 10 years.

It’s almost summer, and Ms. Honey needs to see circulation statistics for the whole school year. What is the best report for this? The Usage by Period report– See checkouts, check-ins, renewals, and hold requests for a particular date range.

Blossoms are blooming, and time is ticking towards the end of another school year. Miss Honey wants to make sure students bring books back before the break. She can do this by setting the period due date, and sending out overdue notices. Let’s review!

Getting equipped: Cataloging items for your library
