Have you checked your email settings?

Email notices are a great way to make sure books come back before winter break. To send email reminders, you need to have your email settings set up in Alexandria. Have you checked your email settings lately?

  1. Google—requires authentication with Google.
  2. Integrated Email Services—let us do it all for you!
  3. Set up your own servers.

Learn all about your email preferences and more about each option on our Support Center to determine which option will work best for you!

No matter which of these options you choose, you will also need to have a valid email address to your site record

  1. Go to Tools > Sites.
  2. Unlock the window by clicking the padlock icon to the top right.
  3. Enter your email address into the Email field.
    1. Note: This is the site’s email address, which is used as the return mail address for overdue notices and other email messages sent by Alexandria.
  4. Click Save to the top right, and you’re all set!
