Items: a few things you may not know…

We’re going through four of our favorite features in Items this week that we think you might be missing out on.

1. Want a better view of the cover art? In the makeover, you can click on item images to make them bigger.

2. In the makeover, the lock icon is slightly different so you can distinguish unlocking/locking your TITLE records vs your COPY records. Voila!

3. In Items > Advanced Search > Publication, you can search by subject. If Title search doesn’t get the results you want, try by subject!

4. If you click on the “copies available” text, it opens up into your copy list, which shows you all the copies and their status.
