Known issues

The Alexandria development team fixes issues with every release to bring Alexandria as close to bug-free as possible. Please reference this page if you are wondering about the status of a certain issue. You can also always contact our super Support Team by phone/email, or report an issue directly through Alexandria by going to the help menu > Contact us.

Issue status:

  • CLOSED = fixed in the upcoming release!
  • RESOLVED = we think it’s fixed but it hasn’t yet been tested by our awesome Quality Control team
  • IN PROGRESS = we’re working on it for the next release
  • ACCEPTED = qualified issues on our to-do list
  • RESEARCH = qualified issues we haven’t figured out how to solve yet
  • OPEN = reported issues that haven’t been qualified
