2024-12-15 11:00am MDT— Hello, Alexandria community! On Sunday, December 15th, our Hosting team will be conducting the second of our two scheduled monthly Alexandria updates.
2024-12-12 7:50 am MDT — All connectivity issues with our FTP service have been repaired and all services should be restored and fully accessible.
2024-12-12 06:03 am MDT–IMPORTANT! It has been reported that some of our customers are experiencing connection issues with our FTP services. We are diligently working on this as we speak!
2024-12-10 12:01pm MDT— It appears that all connectivity issues for California customers have been resolved. While we are not currently aware of what caused the problem, and have determined the issue was not from our end, we believe that this may have been related to an ISP issue.
2024-12-9 2:06pm MDT — We experienced some connection issues with our FTP service this morning. They have now been repaired and all connections and services should be restored.
